Shipping policy

01. Overview This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Onimade are processed, shipped, and delivered. We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier networks.

02. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated based on your total order value during checkout:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹60 for orders below ₹499
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling charges may apply depending on your location and the courier partner.

03. Order Processing & Dispatch Every ONIMADE piece is freshly made-to-order just for you! Quality takes time, so please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to print, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch. Orders placed during weekends or major sales may take slightly longer.

04. Delivery Time Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days anywhere across India.

  • Metro cities: Faster delivery expected.
  • Remote areas: Slight delays possible due to logistics.

05. Shipping Partners We work with trusted logistics providers (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Ekart) to ensure reliable delivery. Your courier is automatically selected based on the fastest serviceability to your location.

06. Address Accuracy Please ensure you provide your full name, correct address, landmark, and a valid mobile number at checkout. Address changes cannot be made after the order is placed, and Onimade is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details.

07. Failed Delivery & RTO Couriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you are unavailable or refuse the order, it will be returned to us (RTO). Reshipping is possible but will require advance payment of additional shipping charges. Repeated RTOs may restrict you from placing future COD orders.

08. Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS. Please allow 12-24 hours for the courier's tracking status to update.
